目的

探讨阿尔茨海默病患者血浆长链非编码RNA51A(lncRNA51A)水平及其与认知功能改变的关系。

方法

对2014年6月至2017年6月在长沙市第一医院神经医学中心及浏阳市集里医院神经内科70例阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者及70名非AD健康体检者血浆样本采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(qRT-PCR)检测血浆lncRNA51A水平,对2组患者血浆lncRNA51A水平予以t检验,同时,进一步采用Spearman相关性分析AD患者血浆lncRNA51A水平与简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评分的相关性。

结果

(1)AD组血浆lncRNA51A水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(4.79±1.05 vs 0.82±0.22,t=30.74,P<0.001)。(2)血浆lncRNA51A水平与MMSE评分呈负相关性(r=-0.204,P<0.001)。

结论

阿尔茨海默病患者血浆lncRNA51A水平增高,阿尔茨海默病患者血浆lncRNA51A水平可以反映认知功能损害的程度。

Objective

To examine the relationship between plasma level of long non-coding RNA 51A (lncRNA 51A) and the change in cognitive function in patients with Alzheimer′s disease (AD).

Methods

Plasma samples were obtained from 70 AD patients and 70 healthy controls from June 2014 to June 2017 at the Department of Neurology of the Jili Hospital of Liuyang and Nerve Medical Center of the First Hospital of Changsha. Plasma levels of lncRNA 51A were measured by real-time quantitative reverse transcriptase PCR (qRT-PCR) and compared between the two groups by the t-test. The correlation between the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) scores and the levels of plasma lncRNA 51A in AD patients was analyzed by Spearman correlation.

Results

Plasma lncRNA 51A level in AD patients was significantly higher than that in controls (t=30.74, P<0.001). Plasma lncRNA 51A was negatively correlated with the MMSE scores in AD patients (r=-0.204, P<0.001).

Conclusion

Plasma lncRNA 51A levels increase in AD patients. The degree of cognitive impairment in AD patients can be reflected by the level of plasma lncRNA 51A.
