图1~4 肾CT平扫及增强扫描软组织窗图像　图1示右肾上极不均质实性病灶，呈类圆形，其内密度不均，图2示皮质期右肾上极病灶呈不均匀明显强化，其内见大量强化血管影，图3、4示髓质期及排泄期右肾上极病灶强化程度减低，强化范围扩大

图7 为肾MR扩散加权成像示病灶呈团块状扩散受限

图8~11 肾MR增强扫描图　图8示轴位皮质期病灶轻度不均匀强化，内见强化血管影，图9、10示轴位髓质期及排泄期病灶强化范围扩大，图11示冠状位排泄期病灶不均匀强化
