癌痛是晚期肿瘤最常见、最严重且最难以处理的并发症之一,严重影响患者生活质量。三阶梯止痛治疗可使大部分的患者达到满意的镇痛效果,但对于顽固性癌痛,单纯药物治疗往往难以达到理想的效果。CT引导下微创介入治疗包括CT引导下的神经阻滞/毁损、肿瘤热消融术、肿瘤冷冻消融术、粒子植入术、经皮骨成形术、经皮脊髓射频毁损术等在癌痛的治疗中发挥了重要的作用。现就CT引导下微创介入治疗癌痛的临床应用进行综述。

Cancer pain is one of the most common complications in patients with advanced tumors and is most difficult to manage, seriously affecting the life quality of patients. The three ladder analgesic treatment can achieve a satisfactory analgesic effect in most of the patients, but for intractable cancer pain, drug treatment alone is often difficult to achieve an ideal effect. CT guided interventional therapy, including CT guided nerve block/damage, tumor thermal ablation, tumor cryoablation, particle implantation, percutaneous angioplasty, and percutaneous radiofrequency ablation of spinal cord, plays an important role in the treatment of cancer pain. This article reviews the advances in CT guided minimally invasive interventional treatment of cancer pain.
