冠心病严重威胁人类健康,合并糖尿病者更甚。糖尿病可引起大血管、微血管并发症,表现在心血管系统中主要是对血管内皮细胞的损伤,导致或加重动脉粥样硬化症进程,同时还可使心肌细胞凋亡。究其原因近来多研究的为氧化应激、炎症反应、内质网应激等,抗氧化应激、内质网应激,减缓炎症反应至关重要。新型心血管药物尼可地尔可同时起到扩张血管、保护心脏、改善内皮细胞的作用。本研究就高糖环境对心血管系统的影响及尼可地尔在心血管疾病中的应用进行综述。

Coronary heart disease threatens the people's health seriously, especially when it is accompanied with diabetes mellitus. Diabetes mellitus can lead to macroangiopathy and microangiopathy, which manifest as vascular endothelial injury in the cardiovascular system and can lead to or exacerbate the process of atherosclerosis and myocardial apoptosis. Many studies indicate that oxidative stress, inflammatory reaction, and endoplasmic reticulum stress are the probable mechanisms, and therefore antagonizing these factors is of particular significance. Nicorandil, a new cardiovascular drug, plays an important role in vasodilation and cardioprotection and can improve the endothelial function.
