探讨膝关节囊性病变的磁共振影像（MRI）表现及其诊断价值。

回顾性分析经影像或者病理证实的56例膝关节囊性病变患者的临床及影像学资料，总结膝关节囊性病变的MRI影像学特点。

本组56例患者，其中关节周围滑膜囊肿22例（腘窝囊肿13例，鹅足囊肿6例，浅髌下滑囊囊肿3例），交叉韧带囊肿9例，半月板囊肿11例，骨端关节面下囊性病灶14例。MRI表现囊性病灶有各自的发病部位，呈长T1、长T2信号，PDWI-FS序列呈高信号。

MRI能够清晰的显示膝关节囊性病变信号特点、部位、形态及病灶与周围结构的关系，对临床诊断和治疗有重要的价值。

To observe the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) features of cystic lesions of the knee joint and evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI for these lesions.

A retrospective analysis of MRI imaging data was performed on 56 cases of knee cystic lesions confirmed by imaging or pathology.

Of the 56 cases included, 22 were synovial cysts around the joint (13 cases of popliteal fossa cysts, 6 cases of pes anserinus cysts, and 3 cases of superficial infrapatellar cysts), 9 were cruciate ligament cysts, 11 were meniscus cysts, and 14 were subarticular cystic lesions. MRI showed long T1 and long T2 signals in cystic lesions, and high signals in the PD-FS sequence.

MRI can clearly display the signal characteristics, location, and morphology of cystic lesions of the knee joint as well as their relationship with surrounding structures, which is of great value for clinical diagnosis and treatment of these lesions.
