抗癫痫药物为目前癫痫的主要治疗手段,除有效控制癫痫发作,抗癫痫药物的相关不良反应也日益受到关注。国内外大量研究表明,抗癫痫药物会影响患者的内分泌功能,从而导致月经紊乱、性问题、生育困难及甲状腺功能损害。本文将从传统及新型抗癫痫药物对性激素水平及甲状腺素水平的影响进行综述。

Antiepileptic drugs are the main treatment for epilepsy. In addition to effective control of seizures, the side effects of antiepileptic drugs are also increasingly reported. A large number of studies have shown that antiepileptic drugs can affect the endocrine function of patients, resulting in menstrual disorders, sexual problems, reproductive difficulties, and thyroid dysfunction. This article will review the effects of traditional and new antiepileptic drugs on sex hormone and thyroxine levels.
