Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels and influencing factors in pregnant women from a District of Suzhou

目的

分析苏州市某区妊娠期妇女血清中25-羟维生素D水平,并探讨其影响因素。

方法

选择2019年10月至2020年6月在苏州市某区进行常规产检的健康孕妇200名,通过酶联免疫吸附试验检测其血清25-羟维生素D含量。

结果

200名孕妇的血清25-羟维生素D平均水平为(26.9±2.3)ng/ml,仅有12名(6.0%)25-羟维生素D含量充足。年龄及孕前体质量指数(BMI)对25-羟维生素D水平有显著影响,其中,年龄≤25岁的孕妇25-羟维生素D水平显著低于年龄26~29岁、30~34岁孕妇(P<0.05);孕前超重肥胖的孕妇血清25-羟维生素D水平明显低于BMI正常组孕妇(P<0.05)。孕周对孕妇的25-羟维生素D水平无明显影响(P>0.05)。

结论

苏州市某区孕妇存在25-羟维生素D水平不足情况,其与年龄、体质量指数存在一定相关性。

Objective

To measure the serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in pregnant women from a District of Suzhou and explore its influencing factors.

Methods

Two hundred healthy pregnant women who received routine prenatal examination in a District of Suzhou from October 2019 to June 2020 were selected. The content of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.

Results

The average level of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D in 200 pregnant women was (26.9±2.3) ng/ml. Only 12 (6.0%) pregnant women had sufficient 25-hydroxyvitamin D. Age and pre-pregnancy body mass index (BMI) had significant effects on serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels. Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level in pregnant women aged ≤ 25 years was significantly lower than those of pregnant women aged 26-29 years and 30-34 years (P<0.05). Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level was significantly lower in pregnant women who were pre-pregnancy overweight and obese than in those who had a normal BMI (P<0.05). Gestational weeks had no significant effect on 25-hydroxyvitamin D level in pregnant women (P>0.05).

Conclusion

25-hydroxyvitamin D deficiency is common among pregnant women detected in this study, which has a certain correlation with age and BMI.
