目的

探究消皮素D(GSDMD)依赖性细胞焦亡在毒蛇咬伤患者中的表达及临床意义。

方法

选取2018年6月至2019年8月广西医科大学第一附属医院急诊医学科收治的毒蛇咬伤患者为研究组,选取同期健康体检者为对照组,分别收集2组患者外周血血清,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清中GSDMD、白介素(IL)-1β与IL-18浓度水平。

结果

眼镜蛇咬伤患者血清GSDMD[13.662(12.608,17.663)pg/ml]、IL-1β[14.262(12.022,16.442)pg/ml]与IL-18[36.104(31.974,53.927)pg/ml]含量均高于对照组[GSDMD 9.260(9.112,9.720)pg/ml;IL-1β 12.597(6.250,13.808)pg/ml;IL-18 31.783(24.080,35.208)pg/ml],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);竹叶青咬伤患者血清GSDMD[9.472(9.318,10.705)pg/ml]、IL-1β[(12.005±5.377)pg/ml]与IL-18[(35.227±19.643)pg/ml]与对照组[GSDMD 9.260(9.112,9.720)pg/ml;IL-1β(11.017±3.852)pg/ml;IL-18(29.933±5.476)pg/ml]相比,无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。

结论

GSDMD、IL-1β与IL-18在眼镜蛇咬伤患者血清中的表达显著升高,参与了机体免疫炎性反应过程。

Objective

To investigate the clinical significance of GSDMD-dependent pyroptosis in patients with poisonous snake bites.

Methods

Patients with poisonous snake bites who were hospitalized at Department of Emergency Medicine, the First Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from June 2018 to August 2019 were selected as a study group, and healthy volunteers during the same period were selected as a control group. The levels of serum GSDMD, IL-1β, and IL-18 in the study group and control group were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).

Results

The contents of GSDMD [13.662 (12.608, 17.663) pg/ml], IL-1β [14.262 (12.022, 16.442) pg/ml], and IL-18 [36.104 (31.974, 53.927) pg/ml] in the serum of poisoning patients with cobra bites were significantly higher than those in the control group [GSDMD: 9.260 (9.112, 9.720) pg/ml; IL-1β: 12.597 (6.250, 13.808) pg/ml; IL-18: 31.783 (24.080, 35.208) pg/ml] (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in GSDMD, IL-1β, IL-18 between patients with trimeresurus stejnegeri bites [GSDMD: 9.472 (9.318, 10.705) pg/ml; IL-1β: (12.005±5.377) pg/ml; IL-18: (35.227±19.643) pg/ml] and the control group [GSDMD 9.260 (9.112,9.720) pg/ml;IL-1β (11.017±3.852) pg/ml;IL-18 (29.933±5.476) pg/ml] (P>0.05).

Conclusion

GSDMD, IL-1,β and IL-18 have increased expression in patients with cobra bite poisoning, which may be involved in the immune inflammatory reaction.
