定向差异性护理干预对不孕不育症患者社交状态、认知状态及心理弹性的影响

目的

考察定向差异性护理干预对不孕不育症患者社交状态、认知状态及心理弹性的影响。

方法

收集2020年1月至2021年4月广西壮族自治区人民医院收治的不孕不育症患者204例，根据入院顺序随机分为对照组和观察组，各102例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予定向差异性护理。采用社交焦虑量表（SPIN）、不育不孕认知状态调查表和心理弹性量表（CD-RISC）评估患者护理前后的社交焦虑状态、认知状态及心理弹性。比较患者护理后的治疗依从性及护理满意度。

结果

护理前，2组患者的社交焦虑状态评分（害怕、回避、生理反应、总分）、认知状态评分（生殖解剖知识、不孕不育概念、诊断根据、造成不孕不育的因素、受孕条件与治疗方法）及心理弹性评分（坚韧、力量、乐观、总分）差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理后，2组患者的社交焦虑状态评分明显降低（P＜0.05），认知状态及心理弹性评分明显升高（P＜0.05），且观察组各项评分明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。与对照组比较，观察组的治疗依从性和护理满意度显著升高（P＜0.05）。

结论

定向差异性护理干预可明显改善不孕不育症患者的社交状态、认知状态及心理弹性。

Objective

To investigate the impact of targeted differential nursing intervention on the social status, cognitive status, and psychological flexibility in patients with infertility.

Methods

Two hundred and four infertility patients treated at the People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January 2020 to April 2021 were selected and randomly divided into either a control group or an observation group according to the order of admission, with 102 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given targeted differential nursing. The social phobia inventory (SPIN), infertility cognitive status questionnaire, and psychological resilience scale were used to evaluate the social status, cognition state, and psychological flexibility of patients before and after nursing. The satisfaction to nursing and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared.

Results

Before nursing, the social phobia inventory scores (fear, avoidance, and physiological response scores, as well as total score), cognitive status scores (knowledge of reproductive anatomy, concept of infertility, diagnosis basis, factors causing infertility, pregnancy conditions, and treatment methods), and mental resilience scores (tenacity, strength, and optimism scores, as well as total score) of the two groups had no statistically significant differences (P＞0.05); after nursing, the phobia inventory scores of the two groups significantly decreased (P＜0.05), while the cognitive status scores and mental resilience scores significantly increased (P＜0.05), and the scores of the observation group were improved more significantly than those of the control group (P＜0.05). Compared with the control group, the satisfaction to nursing and treatment compliance in the observation group significantly increased (P＜0.05).

Conclusion

Targeted differential nursing intervention can significantly improve the social status, cognitive status, and psychological flexibility in patients with infertility.
