目的

评价磁刺激联合生物反馈治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)的临床疗效,观察其对盆底表面肌电的影响,为提高PFD疗效提供依据。

方法

以2021.1-01至2022-06南京中医药大学第二附属医院确诊为PFD并治疗的患者作为研究对象,按患者意愿分为生物反馈组和磁刺激联合生物反馈组,比较治疗后2组的起效时间、临床症状评分、有效率、盆底肌电数值。

结果

共134例患者纳入本研究,观察组73例,对照组61例,观察组和对照组起效时的治疗频次分别为3次和8次左右,有效率分别为93.15%和65.57%,观察组临床症状评分改善程度大于对照组,观察组盆底肌力的提高明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。

结论

磁刺激联合生物反馈可以缩短盆底康复治疗的起效时间、明显改善PFD的症状、明显提高盆底肌的肌力和耐力,可做为中重度PFD的首选治疗措施。但由于本研究观察的病例数较少、随访时间较短,尚需进行多中心对照实验研究,以确定其价值。

Objective

To evaluate the clinical efficacy of magnetic stimulation combined with biofeedback in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction disease (PFD), to observe its effect on pelvic floor surface electromyography, and to provide evidence for improving the efficacy of PFD.

Methods

Patients diagnosed with PFD and treated at our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into either a biofeedback group (control group) or a magnetic stimulation combined with biofeedback group (observation group) according to the patient's wish. The onset time, clinical symptom score, effective rate, and pelvic floor electromyography value of the two groups after treatment were compared.

Results

A total of 134 patients were included in this study, including 73 cases in the observation group and 61 cases in the control group. The number of treatment times of the observation group and control group were 3 and 8, respectively, and the effective rates were 93.15% and 65.57%, respectively, both of which differed significantly between the two groups. Clinical symptom scores improved more significantly in the observation group than in the control group. Pelvic floor muscle strength was more significantly improved in the observation group than in the control group.

Conclusion

Magnetic stimulation combined with biofeedback can shorten the time to onset of pelvic floor rehabilitation, significantly improve the symptoms of PFD, and significantly improve the strength and endurance of pelvic floor muscle, which can be used as the first choice of treatment for moderate to severe PFD. However, due to the small number of cases observed in this study and short follow-up time, multi-center controlled experimental study and long-term efficacy follow-up are still needed to confirm its value.
