图1 奴卡菌感染者入院时胸部CT图。6月10日可见大量厚壁空洞（红色箭头）及实性结节（绿色箭头）。空洞壁厚度不均，双肺下叶较多，部分病灶融合，部分病灶内可见液平面形成

图2 奴卡菌感染者抗生素治疗2周后胸部CT图。6月22日应用新诺明联合亚胺培南西司他汀治疗2周后，病灶较前减少、缩小，部分厚壁空洞变薄（红色箭头）

图3 奴卡菌感染者门诊随访1.5月胸部CT图。8月19日门诊随访、维持阿莫西林克拉维酸钾联合米诺环素治疗1.5月后，病灶较前减少，可见部分空洞内气液平消失（红色箭头）
