目的

探讨兴趣诱导理念用于小儿手术麻醉诱导前的价值及其对家属满意度的影响。

方法

选取2019年5月至2020年5月于河南科技大学第一附属医院行外科手术的的82例患儿纳入研究对象,以随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各41例。对照组麻醉诱导前行常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上行兴趣诱导理念干预。比较2组患儿麻醉诱导配合度评分及不同时点应激指标[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)]差异,比较患儿家属不同时点负性情绪[汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]评分及对护理干预的满意度。

结果

观察组患儿麻醉诱导配合度评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿麻醉诱导前3 min SBP、DBP、HR水平显著低于干预前及对照组麻醉诱导前3 min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属麻醉诱导前3 min HAMA、HAMD评分显著低于干预前及对照组麻醉诱导前3 min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属护理满意度87.80%显著高于对照组的58.54%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

结论

兴趣诱导理念应用于小儿手术的麻醉诱导前可提升患儿的麻醉诱导配合度,缓解患儿家属的焦虑、抑郁情绪,家属满意度高。

Objective

To assess the value of the concept of interest induction before anesthesia induction in pediatric surgery and its effect on family satisfaction.

Methods

A total of 82 children undergoing surgery at The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected for inclusion in the study, and they were divided into either an observation group or a control group by using the random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. Routine nursing intervention was carried out before anesthesia induction in both groups, and the observation group additionally received intervention based on the concept of interest induction. The differences in the score of coordination degree of anesthesia induction and stress indicators [systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), and heart rate (HR)] at different time points were compared between the two groups. The Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) scores of negative emotions at different time points and the satisfaction with nursing intervention were also compared between the two groups.

Results

The score of coordination degree of anesthesia induction in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of SBP, DBP, and HR at 3 min before anesthesia induction in the observation group were significantly lower than those before intervention in the observation group and those at 3 min before anesthesia induction in the control group (P<0.05). HAMA and HAMD scores at 3 min before anesthesia induction in the observation group were significantly lower than those before intervention in the observation group and those at 3 min before anesthesia induction in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the family members in the observation group (87.80%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (58.54%; P<0.05).

Conclusion

The application of the concept of interest induction to anesthesia induction before pediatric surgery can improve the coordination degree of anesthesia induction, relieve the anxiety and depression of children's family members, and improve their satisfaction.
