快速发展的人工智能技术已经成为临床医学进步的重要工具,而OpenAI近来研发的聊天机器人程序ChatGPT,作为人工智能技术驱动的自然语言处理工具,已在多个临床学科获得初步探索和应用。例如,辅助临床医师归纳整理患者的疾病信息、自动生成医学影像报告等。ChatGPT还可以通过分析海量的文献信息辅助医师优化诊疗决策和指导学术论文写作。但是,还必须清醒地认识到其潜在的局限性及伦理问题。

The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has made it become an important tool for facilitating the advancement of clinical medicine, and the chatbot program Chat Generation Pre-training Transformer (ChatGPT) recently developed by OpenAI, as a natural language processing tool driven by AI technology, has been initially explored and applied in multiple clinical disciplines (e.g., assisting clinicians in summarizing patients' disease information and automatically generating medical imaging reports). ChatGPT can also assist doctors to optimize diagnosis and treatment decisions and guide academic paper writing by analyzing massive literature information. However, one must also be aware of its potential limitations and ethical issues.
