图1 病例1病理HE及免疫组化。图1a为HE染色:骨髓腔内见巢片状肿瘤细胞浸润性生长,细胞呈卵圆形,细胞核染色均匀细腻;图1b为肿瘤细胞CT中-强的胞质染色(EnVision染色×200)图1c为肿瘤细胞CgA弱胞质染色(EnVision染色×200)图1d为肿瘤细胞CEA中等胞质、胞膜染色(EnVision染色×200)
