脓毒症是ICU的常见病,病死率很高,目前关于脓毒症的相关治疗主要以对症支持治疗为主,然而脓毒症病程中高炎性反应期和免疫抑制期的矛盾导致临床上对于免疫治疗相关措施以及实施时间节点争议繁多。前人研究已证实T细胞分型比列的改变与脓毒症病程及预后有一定的相关性,尤其是T细胞中的Treg细胞,因其对于机体细胞和体液免疫的极强抑制作用或许可以成为脓毒症诊断和治疗中一项新的生物标志物,本研究针对基于Treg细胞检测在脓毒症中应用的相关研究进展给予综述,以期为临床诊疗和预后判断提供依据。

Sepsis is a common disease in the intensive care unit, with a high mortality rate. At present, the treatment of sepsis is mainly based on symptomatic support treatment. However, the contradiction between inflammatory reaction period and immunosuppressive period in the course of sepsis has brought great controversy to clinical immunotherapy. Previous studies have confirmed that the change of T cell subset ratio is correlated with the course and prognosis of sepsis. Treg cells, a type of T-cell classification, may become a new biomarker in the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis because of their strong inhibitory effect on body cells and humoral immunity. This paper reviews the application of Treg cell detection in sepsis, with an aim to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of sepsis.
