近年来,随着科技的发展,视频终端视疲劳综合征(VDTS)的发病率不断上升。大部分视频终端操作者在长时间注视屏幕后,常以"眼干、眼痛、头昏、视物模糊"等症状就诊。目前,VDTS的发病机制尚不清楚,可能是多种因素共同作用的结果,比如工作环境、显示器画质、操作姿势等。随着使用者的低龄化,VDTS的危害日益严重,因此如何采取相应的预防和治疗措施是当前亟待解决的问题。本文归纳总结了近年来国内外关于VDTS治疗的相关研究,提供了改善视频终端操作条件、局部眼药水滴眼以及全身性辅助疗法等治疗方案,以期为VDTS患者的治疗提供一些参考。

With the development of technology in recent years, the morbidity of visual display terminal symptom (VDTS) has been rising. Most visual display terminal (VDT) workers have the symptoms of "dry eye, ocular pain, stuffy head, and blurred vision" after watching the screen for a long time. Currently, the pathogenesis of VDTS is still unclear. Some studies reported that the occurrence of VDTS was the result of multiple factors, such as the work environment, VDT image quality, operating posture and so on. Because of the increasingly serious damages caused by VDTS, it is urgent to develop effective prevention and treatment measures. This paper reviews the recent advances in VDTS treatment. In addition to improving the operating conditions of VDT, eye drops and systematic treatment are also effective. It is hoped that these data can provide some guidance for the treatment of VDTS.
