乳腺癌发病率呈逐年上升趋势,转移发生率高,转移的常见部位依次为肺、骨、肝脏、脑。目前影像检查技术较多,X线、电子计算机断层扫描、磁共振成像等影像检查技术成像原理不同,对不同组织器官病变检出的敏感性和特异性不同,选取最佳的影像学检查方法评价乳腺癌远处转移对临床医师尤为重要。本文就乳腺癌远处转移临床常用的影像学检查方法选择提供相关的指导建议。

The incidence of breast cancer increases year by year, and the incidence of metastasis is high. The common metastatic sites are lung, bone, liver and brain in order. At present, there are many imaging examination techniques, X-ray, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging and other imaging examination techniques, which have different characteristics. How to choose the best imaging examination method for diagnosing distant metastasis of breast cancer is particularly important. This article provides relevant guidance and suggestions on the selection of commonly used clinical imaging methods for distant metastasis of breast cancer.
