视频辅助调度员指导院外心肺复苏的研究进展

心搏骤停是人类主要致死原因之一,如何尽早开展心肺复苏,关系到患者的预后和存活率。当接到报警电话后,调度员通过视频直播尽快判断患者的病情,利用视频辅助调度员对旁观者进行现场心肺复苏操作指导,能有效缩短旁观者心肺复苏时间,提高心肺复苏质量,增加患者生存率,改善预后效果。现对近年视频辅助调度员指导院外心肺复苏的研究进展进行综述。为未来我国广泛开展并推广视频辅助指导心肺复苏技术提供依据。

Cardiac arrest is one of the main causes of death. How to carry out cardiopulmonary resuscitation as soon as possible is related to the prognosis and survival rate of such patients. When receiving an alarm call, the dispatcher can judge the patient's condition as soon as possible through live video broadcast, and provide on-site cardiopulmonary resuscitation operation guidance to bystanders by using video-assisted dispatchers, which can effectively shorten the time of cardiopulmonary resuscitation by bystanders, improve the quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, increase the survival rate of patients, and improve their prognosis. This paper reviews the progress in the research of video-assisted dispatcher-guided cardiopulmonary resuscitation in recent years, with an aim to provide a basis for the extensive development and promotion of video-assisted cardiopulmonary resuscitation technology in China in the future.
