目的

对比青年社会体检者、医务工作者及心肌梗死患者的心血管疾病高危因素。

方法

选取2019年11月~2021年7月于保定市第一中心医院体检、住院及在职员工的110例青年人群进行研究,分为青年社会体检者组(体检中心体检青年50例)、青年医务工作者组(青年职工10例),青年心肌梗死患者(急性心肌梗死青年患者55例,过程中剔除病例5例,实际研究者为50例)。分析对比青年社会体检者、青年医务工作者、青年心肌梗死患者的心血管状况,比较青年心血管疾病发生的高危因素。

结果

通过问卷调查及本院检测显示,青年社会体检者组在年龄<30岁、BMI体重分级值正常、无代谢性疾病史、无吸烟史和饮酒史、无其他心血管疾病史和家族史等因素方面百分比多于青年医务工作者组、青年心肌梗死患者组,青年心肌梗死患者组在年龄≥30岁、BMI体重分级值肥胖、出现代谢性疾病史、有吸烟史和饮酒史、有其他心血管疾病史和家族史等因素方面百分比多于青年社会体检者组和青年医务工作者组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与青年社会体检者组相比,青年医务工作者组的IL-10、IL-37表达量降低(P<0.05);与青年医务工作者组相比,青年心肌梗死患者组的IL-10、IL-37表达量升高(P<0.05);采用Logistic回归分析对3组研究对象心血管高危因素进行分析发现,代谢性疾病史、吸烟史、其他心血管疾病史、饮酒史是其主要高危影响因素。

结论

均衡饮食,避免吸烟、饮酒,加强运动,对预防青年心血管疾病发生有重要作用。

Objective

To compare the high cardiovascular risk factors among young social physical examinees, young medical workers, and young patients with myocardial infarction.

Methods

110 young people who underwent physical examination and were hospitalized in the First Central Hospital of Baoding City from November 2019 to July 2021 were selected for research. They were divided into the group of young social physical examiners (50 young people who underwent physical examination in the physical examination center of our hospital), the group of young medical workers (10 young employees of our hospital), and young patients who died of myocardial infarction (55 young patients with acute myocardial infarction were diagnosed in our hospital, 5 cases were excluded in the process, and 50 actual researchers). Analyze and compare the cardiovascular status of young social physical examiners, young medical workers and young patients with myocardial infarction, and compare the high-risk factors of cardiovascular disease in young people.

Results

According to the returned questionnaire and the tests conducted, overweight as one of BMI weight grades did not differ significantly in the three groups (P>0.05). In the young social physical examinee group, the number of cases who had an age <30, normal weight grade (one of BMI weight grades), no history of metabolic disease, no history of early smoking and early alcohol consumption, and no history or family history of other cardiovascular diseaseswassignificantly morethan that of the young medical worker group and the young myocardial infarction patient group. The number of cases who had an age >30, obesity (one of BMI weight grades), history of metabolic disease, history of early smoking and early drinking, history or family historyof other cardiovascular diseasewas significantly more in the young myocardial infarction patient group than in the young social physical examinee group and the young medical worker group (P<0.05). Compared with the young social physical examineegroup, the expression levels of IL-10 and IL-37 in the young medical worker group were significantly decreased (P<0.05). Compared to the youth medical worker group, the expression of IL-10 and IL-37 was increased in the young myocardial infarction patient group (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis demonstrated that metabolic disease, previous smoking, other cardiovascular diseases, and previous drinking were the main high risk cardio vascular factors.

Conclusion

History of metabolic disease, history of smoking, history of drinking, and history of other cardiovascular diseases are high-risk factors affecting the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases in young people. Young people are advised to eat a balanced diet, avoid excessive smoking and drinking, strengthen exercise, and prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases. This study provides some reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in young people.
