纵观外科学发展历程,外科医师一直致力于寻找对患者创伤更小的手术方式,并希望获得更佳的手术效果以及临床预后。随着医疗技术的发展和相关临床研究成果的发现,结直肠癌的治疗方式也发生着变化,微创手术在结直肠癌治疗领域取得了很大的进步。从传统开腹到腹腔镜手术,再到机器人操作系统的应用,在安全及有效的根本原则下结直肠癌外科手术设备和器械越来越科技化、精准化,操作更灵活舒适,适用范围也越来越广;从经腹手术到经自然腔道内镜手术及经自然腔道标本取出手术,结直肠癌外科手术方式也正由"微创"向"无创"演变。

During the development process of surgery, surgeons have been committed to finding a less invasive surgical method for patients, hoping to obtain better surgical results and clinical prognosis. With the continuous development of medical technology and the new discovery of related clinical research, the treatment of colorectal cancer is constantly changing, and the field of minimally invasive colorectal cancer surgery has made great progress. From traditional laparotomy to laparoscopy, and then to the application of robot operating system, under the basic principle of safety and effectiveness, colorectal cancer surgical equipment and instruments are becoming more and more scientific, accurate, more flexible and comfortable, and more and more widely applicable; from abdominal surgery to natural cavity endoscopic surgery and natural cavity specimen extraction surgery, colorectal cancer surgical methods are also evolving from "minimal invasiveness" to "noninvasiveness ".
