Abstract:

Circular RNAs are noncoding RNAs formed by 5' and 3' back-splicing of precursor RNAs, which are complementary to endogenous RNAs and function as miRNA sponges and modifiers of genetic transcription. CircRNAs are closely related to the occurrence, development, and therapy of many diseases, which makes circRNAs be potential novel molecular markers and targets for molecular targeted therapy.
