Abstract:

Liver cancer is a serious threat to human health. Liver reserve function assessment is needed before liver cancer treatment. However, due to the complexity of liver structure and function, there has been no comprehensive method for evaluating liver function. The indocyanine green scavenging test is a method for assessing liver reserve function dynamically and rapidly, and it is widely used in the evaluation of liver reserve function in liver cancer treatment. This paper discusses the application of the indocyanine green scavenging test in the evaluation of hepatic reserve function in liver cancer treatment. It is concluded that the indocyanine green scavenging test can accurately assess liver reserve function and predict postoperative liver dysfunction in liver cancer treatment, especially liver resection.
