Post-traumatic stress disorder of medical workers after COVID-19

Abstract:

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a psychological problem that occurs after severe stress or trauma. The COVID-19 epidemic spreads rapidly around the world, causing a great impact on everybody. Healthcare workers, as the pacesetters of this "battle", are bound to suffer a great impact themselves, especially some of the medical staff who have been infected by the virus. As epidemic control becomes more normal, more attention should be paid to the mental health of healthcare workers. Early intervention is necessary for those who have or are at risk of developing PTSD.
