Abstract:

The incidence of pediatric mycoplasma pneumoniae and its drug resistance rate are increasing, but its pathogenesis is still not very clear. In addition to the respiratory symptoms, the clinical manifestations can often involve the digestive, nervous, cardiovascular, urological, and other systems. The treatments currently available mainly include macrolide antibiotics, immunotherapy, combination treatment of Chinese and Western medicine, and symptomatic treatment.
