Abstract:

Breast cancer has become the most frequently diagnosed cancer in Chinese women. As Chinese doctors have reached a stage victory in fighting the epidemic, breast surgeons should start to reflect and improve their clinical treatment, concerning both the maximum benefit and minimum victimization for the patients, in such "post-epidemic " time. Although it is the key to clinical decision-making to evaluate both clinical stage and monocular classification, the American College of Surgeons suggests to consider surgery acuity during surgical decision-making, and that breast cancer surgery could be deferred for 6-8 weeks due to epidemic prevention.
