Abstract:

Septic cardiomyopathy is one of the most common and serious complications of sepsis, but there are no specific indicators for the diagnosis and prognosis of sepsis cardiomyopathy. Echocardiography has the advantages of non-invasiveness, high sensitivity, and high repeatability, and has been widely used in the research of sepsis cardiomyopathy in recent years. This paper reviews the literature on the application of echocardiography in sepsis cardiomyopathy, hoping to provide reference for the diagnosis and prognosis judgment of sepsis cardiomyopathy.
