Abstract:

With the aggravation of environmental pollution problems such as haze, the incidence of allergic diseases has been increasing significantly, and the number of patients with cough variant asthma has also been rising sharply. Induced sputum examination is a non-invasive, reliable method to evaluate airway inflammation. It can not only be used to evaluate the presence, type, and degree of airway inflammation in cough variant asthma, but also guide anti-inflammatory treatment and assist in clinical management.

Key words: Cough variant asthma, Induced sputum, Airway inflammation
