Abstract:

With the continuous development of 3D printing technology, 3D printing materials have been gradually developed and updated. In this paper, the application of 3D bio-printing materials in the fields of orthopedics, dentistry, reproductive medicine, cardiovascular disease, plastic surgery and cosmetology are reviewed by referring to the literatures of CNKI, Wanfang, PubMed and other databases, and the advantages and disadvantages of 3D bio-printing materials are pointed out. 3D bio-printing has been applied in the field of biomedicine with new technologies and materials. However, the existing printing materials still have obvious shortcomings, such as the printing accuracy is not enough, poor biodegradability and other problems.
