Abstract:

Corona Virus Disease 2019 was confirmed in January 2020 in Wuhan, and the Chinese government has adopted a series of prevention and control strategies across the country to fight against the epidemic, effectively containing the rapid spread of the epidemic. The prevention and health care departments of community hospitals, as the most grass-roots organizations for disease prevention and control, responded quickly, and set up different groups such as the sampling and testing result feedback group, the epidemiological investigation group, the home isolation management group, the external disinfection and sterilization group, the information collection and submission group, and the emergency material management group, as well as the centralized observation management and health communication group, each of which had its own duty, effectively building up the community first-line defense and control fortress.
