Abstract:

Due to the particularity of the medical industry, hospitals are one of the places where public opinion occurs frequently. In the era of new media, network public opinion poses new challenges to hospital management. At present, the research on the network public opinion in hospitals is still in the initial stage. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to explore the strategies for management of the network public opinion in three-level public hospitals. Based on eight cases of medical public opinion, this paper proposes some management strategies, such as improving the public opinion management system, carrying out daily public opinion monitoring, scientific research and analysis, proper response and disposal, and timely guidance and feedback, so as to provide reference for network public opinion management in three-level public hospitals.
