Abstract:

Objective

To explore the effects of laparoscopic unilateral fallopian tube fenestration combined with methotrexate on ovarian reserve function and hemodynamics in tubal pregnancy patients.

Methods

A total of 90 tubal pregnancy patients admitted to Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Yichun City from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into a control group (40 cases) and a study group (50 cases) according to the treatment that they received. The control group was treated with methotrexate alone, while the study group was treated by laparoscopic unilateral fallopian tube fenestration combined with methotrexate. Hemodynamic parameters, ovarian reserve function indexes, and serum β human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) level at different time points, as well as the clinical efficacy, were compared between the two groups.

Results

Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the study group increased significantly (P<0.05). After treatment, the mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR), estradiol (E2), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), and luteinizing hormone (LH) levels were decreased in both groups, and these indexes were all lower in the study group than in the control group (P<0.05 for all). After 1 h, 6 h, and 12 h of treatment, the serum β-HCG level decreased in both groups, and it was lower in the study group than in the control group (P<0.05).

Conclusion

Laparoscopic unilateral fallopian tube fenestration combined with methotrexate can effectively improve the hemodynamics and ovarian reserve function of patients with fallopian tube pregnancy, adjust the level of β-HCG in the body, and improve the clinical efficacy, thus improving maternal and infant outcomes.
