The change of orthopedic doctors' teaching models

Abstract:

Orthopedic surgery is a high-risk implantable surgical treatment, which needs great professional skills and clinical experience. Orthopedic doctors should catch the latest clinical information and the concept of treatment and constantly enrich the clinical experience to effectively improve the treatment level and to reduce or avoid the risk of surgery, bringing more benefits for patients. With the rapid development of science and information technology, orthopedic doctors′ teaching models have changed greatly. In this paper, the development of orthopedic doctors′ teaching models is reviewed in order to provide supports for the improvement of orthopedics medical students′ education and orthopedics doctors′ continuing education.
