Recommendations for community management of patients with hypertension during COVID-19 epidemic

Abstract

Abstract:

At the end of 2019, a novel coronavirus appeared in China for the first time, resulting in a national epidemic. Since the discovery of this virus, with the increase of confirmed cases and the continuous updating of scientific research data, we found that hypertensive patients with Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia 2019 have different disease outcomes compared with ordinary patients. Therefore, there is a greater need for scientific prevention and management of the infection among hypertensive people. This paper puts forward some issues that should be paid attention to in community management of hypertension and gives related practical management measures.
