Abstract:

The drug knowledge base is constructed based on artificial intelligence algorithms, which is used to integrate existing drug knowledge and tap effective knowledge. Currently, drug knowledge bases have been used in clinical research such as antimicrobial drug supervision, rational drug guidance, health management intervention, and clinical decision support. Based on the drug knowledge bases, researchers perform scientific research such as adverse drug reaction analysis, drug repurposing, drug resistance analysis, system pharmacogenomics analysis, and so on. In this paper, we review the progress of the drug knowledge bases in scientific and clinical research, in order to shed some light on the further application and development of the drug knowledge bases.
