抑郁症作为全世界发病率最高的精神障碍之一,已经成为自杀的高危因素,因此对相关人群进行有效的自杀风险评估是保证患者自身安全的关键环节。已有充分证据表明抑郁症患者普遍存在面部情绪识别缺陷,故本文系统梳理了面部情绪识别缺陷在抑郁症自杀风险评估中的相关价值,旨在为抑郁症自杀风险的评估体系提供理论支持与依据。

Depression, as one of the mental disorders with the highest prevalence worldwide, has become a major risk factor for suicide. Therefore, effective suicide risk assessment in affected populations is crucial for ensuring patient safety. Substantial evidence indicates that individuals with depression commonly exhibit deficits in facial emotion recognition. This paper systematically reviews the value of facial emotion recognition deficits in suicide risk assessment for depression, aiming to provide theoretical support and a foundation for establishing a suicide risk evaluation system in depressed patients.
